Guidelines for the safe handling of liquid fuels

The safety inspection checklist (SAFE PASS) that is included in the PROTEAS good practices protocol is a technical guide/ inspection checklist for tank trucks carrying liquid fuels. Depending on company policy, this practice defines vehicle safety, roadworthiness and emission aspects in order for petroleum trading company installations to validate an annual entry permit to certified tank trucks .

Safety Procedures recommended by the PROTEAS project under strictly controlled transportation conditions (including the loading-unloading of dangerous substances)
