Participation of the PROTEAS project team in the 33rd Refineries Meeting on safety, health and environmental protection. The meeting was organized by the Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator (DESFA) on 11 December 2014.
PROTEAS National Workshop took place in April in collaboration with the Gen. Chemical State Laboratory of Greece (Dir. of Environment), tailor made to the needs of industrial stakeholders and SMEs with obligations under REACH/CLP Regulations.
The pilot results of the PROTEAS project Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) on the transportation of primary fuels in Greece including recorded measurements and laboratory analyses for emissions and spills at critical loading-unloading and transportation sites were presented at the 5th ELINA dialogue forum on 25th April 2014 on the subject of “Integrated Green Life-Cycle Management of Waste Oils and Petroleum Residues based on the Life Cycle”.

Participation of the PROTEAS project in the 16th ECHA Forum-meeting for Exchange of Information on Enforcement Plenary (Forum-16), in Helsinki, Finland. The TUC representative, among others, delivered a presentation on PROTEAS outcomes and distributed a questionnaire on the particular needs of National Authorities of all ECHA FORUM members (EU Member States REACH and CLP Enforcement Authorities).
